We are seeking a visionary, compassionate, and strategic leader to serve as our Executive Director.
$95,000–$110,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time

Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing programs, finances, and personnel.
- Representing IRSA’s mission and values as the organization's public face.
- Build strong community partnerships and foster collaboration.
- Spearheading strategic initiatives to drive long-term growth.
- Supporting newcomers in their journey to success and belonging.
We’re looking for a leader who is:
- Experienced in the not-for-profit/social services sector with a proven track record in organizational leadership.
- Skilled in navigating funding agreements, government regulations, and community partnerships.
- Empathetic and culturally competent, with a deep understanding of newcomer and immigrant challenges.
- Adept at team development, strategic planning, and project management.
What You Bring:
- A degree in Human or Social Sciences (or equivalent education and experience).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the voluntary sector, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Multilingual abilities and public speaking skills are valuable assets.
